Layman's terms

I was told that if I do not vote, I do not hold the right to complain. And I do want to vote about Measure A, so it is very important I understand what it truly means. I know it is going to seriously affect everybody. Yet I don't want to vote on it because I do not understand what it presents.

How about those people who created that measure rewrite it in layman's terms. Pure and simple so we all can understand it better.

My friends who are for Measure A seem to understand it, but my friends who are not for Measure A seem to understand it as well. Their theories are very conflicting, though for the most part they want the same thing.

Also, why are we reading all about Measure A, but not much on B, C, and D?

Sunday's Herald article by Jim Johnson was the most clear I have been able to read and understand, but it appears to have a few hidden agendas, and it sure would be nice if those can be brought out.
