Investors lose out

What about me and others like me? We are long-time homeowners in North County who purchased property many years ago as an investment, with the intent to develop. Many of us based our retirement on this.
We're talking about one small lot.

Measure A would deny me and a few other working-class people the right to get a return on our long-time investment. I purchased the property and the additional water share necessary to develop. I applied for and was listed as an exception in GPU4. Ihave maintained the vacant lot for 27 years. So I ask, what about me? No on Measure A.
