No on Measure A
Not that any plan is perfect, but this isn't a plan.
It's an alteration to an
outdated 1982 plan that could not imagine changes needed 25 years
later.
Does it sound good for the people to vote on development? Maybe, but
the reality is development has so many issues and the average voter
will not be able to do the research and make an intelligent
decision.
Whoever has enough money
to impress you with their development may get to develop.
Especially if it's not in your neighborhood.
The democratic process entrusts those we vote for to do their jobs.
It's always easy to judge and point fingers But our elected official
do a good job. After seven years of input by many entities they
finally have a plan for our future. It may not be perfect or please
everyone - no plan ever will - but it's a plan that was thought out
for our future.
Vote "no on A, B; "yes" on C, D.
